Siguiendo una tradición de 26 años se reunió la Comisión Organizadora de la Letra del Año el 31 de Diciembre del 2011, en la Casa Templo situado en Ave. 10 de Octubre # 1509 e/ Josefina y Gertrudis, Víbora, Municipio 10 de Octubre, Ciudad de La Habana, Cuba.

Esta ceremonia fue presidida por el sacerdote de Ifá  Guillermo Diago Molina “Ogbe Weñe” y el respaldo de los Sacerdotes de Ifa de todas las familias de Cuba y sus descendientes en el Mundo, saco la letra el Sacerdote más pequeño.

Signo Regente: BABA IRETE MEYI (“La Sombra del niño de corta vida”).

Oración Profética: Osorbo Iku Otonogua.

Orula Onire: Adimu (Obi, Omi Tutu, Itana Meyi).

Onishe ara: PARALDO con una gallina (Umbeboro Oya y demás Ingredientes).

Onishe Omo (hijos) Ebbo Misi. Otan.

EBBO: 1 gallina, tela blanca, tela roja y tela negra, flecha, trampa, 1 huevo, carne con hueso, 1 pescadito fresco y demás Ingredientes.

Divinidad Regente: OYA, Divinidad de las tormentas y de los suaves vientos. Identificada con el espíritu de los antepasados. Es la diosa del río Niger (Odo Oya), el cual ha recibido su nombre por esta divinidad. Se supone que sea la primera esposa y favorita del Orisha Shangó. La tradición nos dice que el río se formó originalmente por las copiosas lagrimas que ella derramó el día que murió su esposo.

Divinidad Acompañante: OGGUN (Patrón de los herreros y de los militares.- Adorado en la Ciudad de Ire y de Iyesa al oeste de Nigeria.

Bandera del Año: Rojo Vino y Ribetes Negros.

Ifá Predictions for the year 2012

MIGUEL  FEBLES PADRON AWÓ ODÍ KÁ

Para Cuba y el mundo.

A los sacerdotes de Ifá, a los hermanos Oriates, Babaloshas, Iyaloshas e Iworos. Pueblo religioso en general.

Following a tradition of twenty six years, the Organizing Commission of the Reading of the Year gathered on the 31st of December 2011 in the House-Temple situated on Avenida 10 de Octubre #1509, between Josefina and Gertrudis, Vibora, Municipality of 10 de Octubre, City of Havana, Cuba.

This ceremony was chaired by the Ifá Priest, Guillermo Diago Molina “Ogbe Weñe” and supported by Ifá priests respresenting all of Cuba’s Ifá families and their descendants in the rest of the World. The youngest Ifá priest took out the sign.

Reigning Sign: BABÁ IRETE MEYI (“The shadow of the son of short life”; sign ends lives quickly).

Prophetic orientation: Osobo Ikú Otonowá.

Orula Onire: Adimú (obi, omí tutu, itaná meyi).

Onishé ará: PARALDO with a hen (Umbeboro Oyá and the rest of the ingredients).

Onishé Omó (children): Ebbó Misi. Otán.

EBBÓ: 1 hen, white cloth, red cloth, and black cloth; arrow, trap, 1 egg, meat with bone, 1 fresh small fish, and the rest of the ingredients.

Reigning Deity: OYÁ: Divinity of storms and gentle breezes. She is identified with the spirit of the ancestors. She is the goddess of the River Niger (Odó Oyá), which received its name from her. It is believed that she was the first and favorite wife of the Orisha Shangó. Tradition tells us that the river was originally formed from the copious tears that she shed on the day her husband died.

Accompanying Deity: OGGÚN. He is the patrón of blacksmiths and soldiers and is worshiped in the city of Iré and Iyesá in western Nigeria.

The Flag of the Year: Wine Red with Black Borders.

  • Control the increase in promiscuity.

  • Change and revise penal laws, bringing them up to date.
